Menopause and Women’s Health Clinic

A personal and holistic approach in a friendly and relaxing environment.

I have first hand experience of going through a very symptomatic early menopause myself, gaining first-hand knowledge of the difficulties that women can face around the time of the menopause.

I have found that seeing women in the years leading up to, and following, the menopause, has been an absolute privilege. It has been really rewarding to be able to offer the help and understanding that is often so difficult to access.

Hormonal imbalances can affect women at any age causing disruption to the menstrual cycle, mood disturbances and early onset osteoporosis.

Eating disorders, excessive athlete training, illness and many other conditions can all leave our bodies and hormones out of balance.

Life can feel better.

There is no ‘right’ way to do the menopause  – but with our deeper understanding of the impact of hormonal changes and investigations to detect those changes – sometimes before any symptoms arise- can help to tailor an individualised approach to care and treatment.

My clinic works with women presenting with conditions where hormone imbalance is often either the cause of, or the result of, other disturbances.
